James M. Clawson

From Ohio, via Scotland, for many years, and in spite of a stubborn accent that once apparently fit nowhere, I call Louisiana home. I like to run, and I love dogs, but the second is done vicariously and the first with slapstick injury. When not teaching, I often travel for research, to family, or with friends. I used to sing with the Calton Consort, and I miss it. I am a past president of the International Lawrence Durrell Society, and I remain active on its executive board.

You can find me on Mastodon, on GitHub, or in Woodson Hall room 226a at Grambling State University.
